TRIMBLE Yuma 2
The Trimble® Yuma® 2 rugged tablet computer is a fully-functional field computer featuring the Microsoft® Windows 7 Professional operating system, with a 1.6 Ghz Intel Atom dual-core processor, 4 GB of DDR3 DRAM, a 64 GB solid state drive (SSD) and a dual battery with eight hours of typical run-time. Optional features include a 128 GB SSD and 3.75G dual-mode (GSM and CDMA) cellular data connectivity. The optional Extended Battery Set accessory provides an additional 10+ hours of operation. The Yuma 2 is rated IP65 for water and dust resistance and it meets rigorous MIL-STD-810G standards for resistance to shock, drops, vibration and more.
The Yuma tablet is at home in the harshest outdoor conditions as a hand-carried computer, mounted on a tripod or pole for data collection, or secured in a vehicle mount for use as a computer on the road. It is equally adept in a climate-controlled office.
The Yuma tablet computer's rugged construction makes it ideal for public safety, field service, forestry, utilities, mapping, military and other outdoor or service-related applications. Each Yuma tablet includes integrated GPS receiver with GPS software, a 5 MP camera with GPS-linked camera software, 802.11 b/g/n (Wi-Fi) and Bluetooth.
