Omnidirectional screw mount WiFi antenna
Omnidirectional screw mount antenna with a gain of 7 dBi, working in 2400-2485 MHz bands and is suited for receiving/transmitting Wi-Fi signal. The antenna is suited for modems/routers. It is supplied with .195 cable with SMA (m) connector. Thanks to the protection IP67, it is suitable for outdoor use. The surface of the antenna is specially treated with multi-layer rubber protective coating. The case is characterized by high vandalism and wind resistance.
Cable specifications .195:
The .195 coaxial cable is compatible with connectors applicable to cables with 4.95 mm outer diameter. It is mainly used for the frequency range 0-6 GHz. The characteristic impedance is 50 Ω and the operating temperature range -40 °C to + 85 °C. The shortening factor is set at 0.79. The .195 cable is used in metrology, wireless communications, the automotive industry and also for VHF and UHF applications. It is also often used for creating cable adaptors with plug connectors such as BNC / N / SMA / TNC.
Connector specifications SMA:
These are high-frequency connectors with screw connection mechanism. The characteristic impedance of the connector is 50 Ohm and the operating frequency range up to 18 GHz. There are two types of SMA connectors, namely SMA and RP-SMA. Most of the current cellular routers are equipped with SMA connectors for connecting Wi-Fi /2G/3G/LTE/GPS antennas terminated by proticates. It is also used as a standard connector in RF measuring technology.
