Advantech extension XC-CNT
Advantech routers version v2 can be expanded with optional interfaces. Thanks to this feature, you can adapt the HW interface to your use case. The modular concept can be also easily used in the future when changing or adding an interface that is not currently supported. In case of a need for another type of port, it is not necessary to buy an entire router with the required interface.
The CNT extension port allows the extension of modems and EDGE / UMTS / HSDPA routers by one I / O interface. CNT is designed for monitoring and processing of analog and binary signals. And also for control settings of binary signals. There are 2 counters + 1 binary input or 4 binary inputs or 2 analog inputs + 1 binary output available in the CNT module.
